As a writer, the idea of filming was daunting. I learned a lot. Editing was definitely my favorite part; it's like writing but with pictures.
My goal was to ensure clean audio, rather than choppy or uneven sound levels. I achieved that by layering ambient sounds like helicopters, sirens, traffic, and crickets over looped room tone.
